As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave and most important wine fridge.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. Amazing views of the Ribble Valley it is certainly the Lancs in Lancashire

This lodge has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. **We can accommodate an extra 2 guests, providing day beds on request. There will be an extra charge of £25pppn payable upon arrival, please note the two extra day beds only fit into the two upstairs master bedrooms.** On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with zip up beds, these can be made as a superking bed or twin beds.
Upstairs on the first floor are two master ensuite master bedrooms.

There are 3 bathrooms.
Two ensuite bathrooms in the master bedrooms on the first floor which both include a bath, toilet and sink basin, the main front bedroom has a separate shower in the bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a family bathroom with a large shower, double basin and toilet.

Linen, spa robes, towels, slippers, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Cot bed and high chairs provided if required. House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- On-site parking available at the property for a maximum of two cars on the drive - any additional cars will be charge at £10 per car (please make owner aware of any additional cars before arrival). - A dishwasher and a washing/dryer machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Maximum 2 pets, with prior arrangement with the owner. Fees apply, £20 per pet to be paid on arrival.
