We are on the edge of Almendricos village with 3 supermarkets, cafes, banks, pharmacy and doctor Lorca - 18 mins Murcia - 50 mins Aguilas - 30 mins Almenara shopping centre - 18 mins Lorca castle - 20 mins San Juan beach - 20 mins There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment, shared with the owners, but rarely used by them. This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also gives you your own private garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave and washing machine. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second , smaller bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising an infants cot bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property.
