Spend your days walking in the mountains, lunching in historic Sulmona, and relaxing on the sandy beaches of Pescara — all within a 40-minute drive.

In winter, the popular ski resort of Roccaraso is also just 40 minutes away. 🏠 The Property You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 250 sqm house, including three terraces — two with spectacular views of the Peligna Valley.

I Terrazzi sits just below the castle in the medieval heart of the village, designed to let you live like a local. Middle Floor (Main entrance): Lounge, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and one bedroom. Top Floor: Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a stunning roof terrace.
