This first floor, spacious flat is located within Winterton Hall and is the perfect place for a holiday base to explore our beautiful, ancient fishing village, without an amusement arcade in sight.

We are so very lucky here to have the beautiful dunes which are a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Winterton Dunes Nature reserve is a bird-watchers delight and a haven for wildlife with tern and seal colonies in residence, along with the rare Natterjack toad. Our beautiful, wide, sandy beach is approximately a 8/10 minute walk from the flat. Winterton is ideal for our doggie friends too, just make sure that they stay away from the seals and other wildlife please.

The village itself benefits from having 'The Fisherman's Return' pub, the Fish & Chip Shop, 'Poppy's' Tea Shop, Post Office & General Stores and we are in easy reach of Great Yarmouth, which is approximately 8 miles and 19 miles from Norwich. You can explore many of the local and nearby sites such as The Broads, Horsey Windpump, Horsey seal colony, Hickling Broad, museums in Great Yarmouth and many sights in Norwich, to name just a few.

This first floor, self-catering apartment, has everything you need for a perfect stay. Please note that this flat has one flight of stairs.

The kitchen has a fridge, a cooker, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. We also provide a selection of basic crockery and cutlery.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Please note that we are doing works in the garden of the Hall and feel that it is only fair to let guests know that the garden is quite messy at the moment therefore if you did decide to book your holiday with us you would have to accept the garden as it is I'm afraid.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. There is a walk in, en-suite shower off the bedroom.

There is one en-suite bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and a full size bath.

Linen and towels are all included in your rental price.

- Check-in time is anytime after 2pm. We do have a key box if we cannot meet you in person. and check-out is 10am.
