Mojácar pueblo(old town), a stunning whitewashed hilltop village full of history and charm. Mojacar playa, a relaxed atmosphere mixed with restaurants, nightlife and beach bars. Whether you're looking for relaxation, adventure, amazing food, or authentic Andalusian culture - we have it all. There is an outdoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! Staying here also allows you access to the private garden from the house. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a single sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Sorry no barbecue - As guests liability insurance void.

La vue des terrasses au top, la piscine, le logement est spacieux et bien équipé et propre.
Le check in et check out facile
Une des climatisations ne fonctionne pas (chambre).

The Apartment/House was perfectly located, had all and more facilities expected, never been anywhere where there was so much attention paid to their guests. Alex, you have a wonderful property. Thank-you.
A little improvement on the TV, no English channels, only CNN & NBC, apart from that, no other issues to add.

A very peaceful area and only about a 20 min drive to the bustle of Mojácar and the beaches and restaurants etc .
The bar in El Pinar is closed so need to drive elsewhere if you want to go out to eat .
