As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom, has a double bed 203*150 cm. In the 2 other bedrooms, there are 2 single beds in each room, 187*92 cm There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bathtub shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Toiletries available but not for free.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are off-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property. • Security deposit: €100 to be paid in cash upon receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb). The money will be refunded by bizum or bank transfer assuming no damage has occurred. • Bed linen and towels are included except for discounted long term rentals • Electricity and water are included except for discounted long term rentals • free Wi-Fi during the summer season If you wish to rent baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3,5EUR per item, per night.
The communal swimming pool is open from 15 June - 15 September.
Vera is 23 km from the accommodation, while Águilas is 9 km from the property.
Vera Playa Aquapark aprox. 25 km. Several “Western Villages” Tabernas where all the Spaghetti westerns were made, aprox 100 km. “Aguilon golf” the nearest golfclub and it-s local restaurant, is situated 8 km from the house.

La casa en general es muy bonita y amplia, es un lugar muy tranquilo pero no muy alejado de todos los servicios. Nos gustó mucho el pueblo y la playa. La relación calidad - precio me parece perfecto.
Sería mejor si hubiera el lavavajillas y la cafetera y las almohadas no eran muy cómodas. No es una queja solo una recomendación para mejorar. En general hemos pasado buen tiempo.

En general hemos estado muy bien, la casa es bastante grande con todas las comodidades aire y ventiladores en todos los cuartos, la piscina genial al lado de casa. La playa está como a 10-15 min andando.
