Enjoy this newly renovated designer loft, just a 2 minute walk from Como Camerlata train station with fast connections to Milan, Malpensa Airport, and Switzerland.
The main area is a bright open plan space with a stylish fully equipped kitchen and a modern, comfortable living room.
The private bedroom features a double bed, an armchair sofa, and a balcony facing toward the lake.
The loft can host up to 3 guests plus 1 child (sofa).
You will also have three private terraces.
The largest terrace can seat up to 6 people and a barbecue is available as an optional extra, perfect for relaxed outdoor dinners.
This place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business guests who want a smart base in Como.
From here you can explore the whole lake area easily, including Como, Lecco, Bellagio, and the upper lake, by car, train, or bus.
If you need help with transport, we can assist you with arranging it.
Free parking is included if you are arriving by car.
Good to know: the loft is on the third floor with no elevator.
You are welcome to use the washing machine and dishwasher.
The barbecue is available for experienced users only.

Nice, big and modern apartment. The kithen was big and everything you need. Roof terrace was nice.
All the stairs. There are a lot if you have a lot of luggage ;). But no complains!!!!

Nyugodt helyen található a szállás mégis nagyon közel a vasútállomáshoz. Könnyen elérhető vonattal akár Como belvárosa, akár Milánó.
A kedves szállásadó minden fontos információt átküldött, ezzel segítve az ott tartózkodást.
Mindennel jól felszerelt, kényelmes, kellemes a lakás. Ajánlom.

Świetne mieszkanie na poddaszu, czyste, nowocześnie urządzone. Klimatyzacja i wifi działa świetnie. Bezpieczny parking w równoległej ulicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Trochę daleko do centrum Como.
