La Marbella Villa is a luxurious Mediterranean retreat in the heart of Hisarönü, inspired by the elegant villas of Southern Spain.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a private pool with submerged loungers, an in-pool jacuzzi, mature gardens and panoramic mountain views.
Two bedrooms have private jacuzzis.
Restaurants, shops and bars are under 5 minutes’ walk away, while Ölüdeniz Beach and its famous Blue Lagoon are 5 minutes by car. A calm, spa-like escape designed for complete relaxation. La Marbella Villa was designed as a place to slow down. Inspired by the elegant villas of Southern Spain, the house is centred around generous proportions, natural light and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the main living spaces directly onto the terraces, garden and pool, creating a seamless flow between inside and out. Panoramic mountain views surround the villa, adding a dramatic sense of place from the terraces, bedrooms and outdoor spaces. The garden has matured beautifully, with lush hedging and established landscaping framing the terraces and pool.
The result is a calm, secluded atmosphere that feels wonderfully retreat-like, despite the villa’s exceptional location in the heart of Hisarönü. Restaurants, cafés, shops and bars are all less than a five-minute flat walk away, while the famous beach at Ölüdeniz and its Blue Lagoon are around five minutes away by car. The private pool is made for long, unhurried days, with submerged loungers, an integrated in-pool jacuzzi and a waterfall feature that brings the gentle sound of moving water into the garden.
Covered terraces offer separate spaces for outdoor dining and lounging, alongside a barbecue corner for relaxed meals outside. Inside, the villa is arranged over three floors with four en-suite bedrooms, a guest WC, spacious living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
A sculptural wooden staircase connects the floors, while marble finishes, a feature fireplace, generous spaces and large windows give the interiors a sense of understated elegance. Two bedrooms feature private jacuzzis, adding a spa-like element and creating an intimate space to unwind in complete comfort at the end of the day. From quiet mornings by the pool to long lunches on the terrace and warm evenings outdoors, La Marbella is designed around the pleasure of slowing down.
Private, restorative and beautifully connected to its surroundings, yet with the best of Hisarönü and Ölüdeniz just moments away. Hosting is a genuine passion for us as a husband-and-wife duo, and for us it has always meant far more than simply providing a beautiful villa. I’m Cevdet, and I’ll usually be the one to welcome you personally to La Marbella and make sure you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive.
My wife, Marya, is from the UK and speaks both English and French natively.
She loves getting to know our guests and has a particular passion for creating thoughtful, highly personal touches around each stay. For us, real luxury is having the freedom to enjoy your holiday exactly as you wish, with someone there to quietly help shape the experience around you. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire, help plan your itinerary, recommend and book activities, organise private boat charters and even work with you on a personalised menu to enjoy on board. At the villa, we can arrange private chef dining and tailor the menu to your preferences, bring in a masseur for an afternoon of complete relaxation, organise a private yoga session in the garden, or create something a little more unexpected.
We have even arranged an intimate live acoustic music session for guests who wanted a particularly memorable evening. Some of our favourite requests have been the most personal ones.
We have helped create surprise birthday celebrations, romantic honeymoon settings, marriage proposals and gender reveals, always shaped around the people and the occasion rather than a standard package. If you have something special in mind, tell us. Even if it begins as only an idea, Marya and I are always happy to brainstorm with you, suggest possibilities and find a way to bring it to life. You will always have complete privacy at La Marbella, but never feel unsupported.

Check-in was smooth. Very friendly people and were flexible with our timings. Nice and peaceful Neighborhood. The cleanliness of the house is top notch. Would recommend anyone who has a group of 6 or above to enjoy their stay in this villa and drive around to fethiye (which is about a 20min drive).
