Very easy check in and a lovely relaxing stay. Was working locally and just needed a simple place to rest at the end of the day.
This perfectly ticked that box.
Comms with host was great, especially when I had an issue(turned out to be my issue!) with getting the shower to work.
Would recommend and I will be back here.

The place is as advertised. Good value, clean, good location for driving to and from Newcastle. Quiet block.
Only issue we had was finding the lockbox.
