I liked how it easy it was to collect the keys.
I didn’t like the fact that one of my family members got stuck in the toilet for 15 mins. When we called the host to help us, he said “Try your best to open it”. He said it would take a while to send someone.

Accommodation cancelled at very short notice (5 hours). Stated it was due to current guests having COVID and needing to isolate; which is no longer true in England and Wales where those with symptoms are asked to avoid large crowds. We didn't wish to stay at another of their properties with a 'hike'...
