Modern 1-Room Holiday Apartment in Kirchenlamitz
This bright, modernly furnished 40 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in the heart of Kirchenlamitz, in a very central location with free parking directly in front of the door.
All daily necessities are easily accessible on foot. The house was completely renovated from the ground up between 2020 and 2023. Particular emphasis was placed on high quality and functionality in the materials used and the furnishings. The holiday apartment is equipped with a high-quality kitchen with seating and a digital radio including a USB port.
The kitchen block consists of an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker.
Of course, the kitchen is stocked with sufficient kitchen utensils.
For your stay, you will also find a small selection of different teas and basic coffee pods for the Senseo coffee machine. The living/sleeping area consists of a comfortable 1.80 m double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa bed, and a 42-inch TV. An electronic safe is located in the wardrobe. Another special feature of the holiday apartment is the large, bright bathroom, which is equipped with underfloor heating, a (real) rain shower with a GROHE thermostat faucet, and a rimless wall-hung toilet from GROHE.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Hund war willkommen , nicht nur geduldet. Beim Ankommen waren Getränke im Kühlschrank, was zum Knabbern und kleine Grundvorräte wie Kaffee, Tee, etc. Man Fühlte sich gleich willkommen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Service sehr zuvorkommend.
Kann man weiterempfehlen.
Den parkplatz mußten wir erst einmal suchen. Das wir in einer gesperrten Straße vorm Haus stehen konnten war für uns zumindest ungewöhnlich.
