The space

The 75 m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of a period building equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).


The internal space is organized as follows
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, oven and kitchen utensils

- Living area with sofa and TV

- Bedroom 1 with double bed (can be split into 2 single beds) and wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 equipped with a double bed (can be split into 2 single beds), a cot for small children and a wardrobe

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle

- Two balconies


Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, child seat.


Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
