Residence : We favour calm in a nature preserved under more than 300 centenary pine trees.

The estate was limited to 155 sites receiving only Louisiana mobile homes, all equipped with a wooden terrace. We have integrated the campsite in its surroundings respecting the beauty, the calm of the pine forest and its "small inhabitants".

Staying discreet, you can observe squirrels jump from branch to branch, palombes drink on the wall overboard of the pool, hear the cry of the little Duke at night, which will transgress the quietness of the domain. The 155 mobile homes are privately owned, and approximately 60 of them are rented.

The management is exclusive of the campsite in order to guarantee you a unique quality of service. From July to August, traffic is strictly prohibited in residential alleys.

From September to June, traffic is allowed to the mobile home only for unloading and reloading.

Carts remain available on 4 points for races or other heavy bags.

You will be welcomed every Saturday with electric carts for luggage storage at the mobile home and also during departure after the state of the exit places. There are no activities offered on the campsite.

Only the restaurant will organize themed evenings on July and August with a musical group. There are only vines and garrigue around.

The first village, Castelnau de Guers, is 2km from the campsite.

A pedestrian access path is indicated from the outdoor parking lot.

The road below is a little frequented department that will take you towards Marseillan-Plage at 17km, the nearest beach.

In the opposite direction, it will make you discover the historic town of Pézenas where every Wednesday and Friday on July and August, the shops animate the old town. With more than 300 centenary pine trees, the Pinede **** wanted to preserve its exceptional natural heritage and integrate at best in order to offer its nature lovers a harmony with homes and facilities. La Pinède offers a magnificent realization offering 155 plots provided only in mobile residences. Integrated harmoniously, mobile homes enjoy a wooden terrace. Your rental also includes a numbered private parking lot on the edge of the estate. All residences have TV and 18 TNT channels. The Pinède is fully fenced and benefits from permanent guarding. In the heart of the estate, the club house welcomes you with its magnificent restaurant, bar.

Free wifi access is available on the terrace of the restaurant l'Orangerie. The water area offers a 240m2 swimming pool facing the south that perfectly fits the curves of the terrain.
