Located just 300m from the sea, the Résidence Goélia Royal Park*** is ideal for holidays with family or friends in the pretty seaside resort of La Baule.
The residence is made up of small 4-story buildings in the heart of a 4-hectare wooded park. Young and old will take full advantage of the 2 outdoor swimming pools.
A children's pool is also available for the little ones. For children, throughout the summer school holidays, numerous beach clubs line the bay of La Baule/Pornichet to welcome children (from 2 and a half to 14 years old). They offer free play time under supervision (trampolines, slides, swings, table football, bouncy castle, volleyball courts, etc.) and activities supervised by qualified activity leaders.
Swimming lessons are also offered, information from the tourist office. You can explore the surrounding area by going hiking from the residence on foot or by bike. During your stay you will discover La Baule which is a very lively resort with the long sandy beach of La Baule Estoublac classified by UNESCO, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You can practice many sporting and leisure activities there: water sports, horse riding, tennis, skate park, acrobatic course in the trees, mountain bike circuits, walks in the marshes and the Grande Brière etc. Housing : Studio Cabin for 4/5 people of approximately 30m² consisting of a living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 of which with a trundle bed, 1 closed bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom or shower room and WC. Balcony or terrace. Please note: the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old Equipment : The Studio includes a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.
