Residence :
Located outside the town of Eauze d'Armagnac, the Résidence Goélia du Golf d'Armagnac*** is located in the heart of an immense green setting on an 18-hole golf course.

The residence is made up of 72 individual houses for 6 or 8 people, each with a private swimming pool, but also around thirty 2 and 3 room apartments.

You can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool with children's pool and solarium equipped with sun loungers (open from mid-April to the end of September, depending on weather conditions).

Numerous facilities on site will delight everyone: pétanque court, ping-pong, mountain bike rental, board game loan, etc.

Characteristics of the holiday rental :
Wi-Fi access : at reception during opening hours. Access limited to 30 minutes per day per adult.
Pets allowed : €10.50/night, €49/week, €98 for 3 to 4 weeks to be reported when registering. Attack dogs and 2nd category dogs are prohibited. Only 1 animal per accommodation.

Final cleaning fee : from €60 to €99 depending on accommodation. The accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean and blankets folded. If the accommodation is not left in perfect clean condition, you will be charged for cleaning (information on site)
