The residence is ideally located, facing the port on one side and swimming pool on the other, 100m from the beach and 400m from shops.

Many activities are possible nearby such as: sailing, windsurfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, sea trips and many others. A free boat shuttle runs during the months of July and August with a stop 400m away at the port.
