The country of Guillestrois is located at the confluence of 2 rivers, Guil and Durance, between the Ecrins National Park and the Queyras Regional Park.
With its 6 villages, the area of the territory is about 394 km2 and its population is around 5500 people.
The relief is 858 m above the Durance bed to peak at 3385 m above sea level for the Pic de la Font Sancte. From the valley to the mountaintops, you will discover a country rich in exceptional landscapes as well as a very varied flora and fauna.
Its central position makes it the starting point for multiple destinations: in less than 3/4 hour you will reach the heart of Queyras, Briançonnais or the upper Ubaye Valley and Lake Serre Ponçon.
