A lodge with a view, and Wow, what a view. A truly spectacular location on the shores of Lake Windermere and an amazing three bedroom holiday lodge with hot tub. Immaculately presented to accommodate up to 6 guests and a little one. Superb! One small well behaved dog welcome.

The lodge is great, spacious and a great position, my only negative is that the power has been set low so it is a bit strange. My hairdryer wouldn't work but the lodge one did, the microwave takes forever, the hoover ran slow, hot tub jets weak, dishwasher intermittent. I don't know why but there must be a reason?

My family enjoyed our weekend at Footprints. \r\nAfter a slight issue with the hot tub on the first evening, everything was soon sorted out efficiently. We even witnessed a fly past by a Spitfire !! A comfortable , lodge in a great spot that always feels like home when we come here. This is our 6th visit to the lodge and is ideal for a late Summer/early Autumn break.
