The residence is equipped with a bicycle storage room (best way to get around in summer!) and the bike path to Annecy is 500m away.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and storage.

Large TV and high-speed wifi, the apartment has all necessary equipment such as coffee machine Nespresso, raclette machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer...


Our concierge will welcome you from 4pm, possibly before if the apartment is available! If you arrive after 9:00PM an additional €20 will be charged.

Check-out is until 10:00AM.
