Traditional single-story villa for 8/10 people, approximately 122m² of living space, type F4/5, with a garage on a three-sided plot.
Large terraces and enclosed garden of approximately 300m². Entrance via a small veranda leading to a living/dining room with a non-convertible sofa, a 140cm sofa bed (2023), TV and Wi-Fi internet access, reversible air conditioning.
Equipped open-plan kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Hallway with built-in wardrobe, leading to 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and built-in wardrobes.
Laundry room.
Shower room (walk-in shower, double vanity), separate WC. Outside, there is a summer shower and a separate room (a solid shed) with two 90cm bunk beds (2026 mattresses) and a toilet with a sink.
A large garage with a washing machine is also available.
This pleasant villa is located at the entrance to the Aygual district, approximately 300m from shops and 900m from the beach.
Bright and sunny, it features numerous French doors and verandas around the villa.
Parking is available for two vehicles in the courtyard or in front of the garage entrance.
Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle are provided.
There is a clothesline outside.
A vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment are also available.
