You can enjoy the whole apartment and all communal areas (lobby, garden, parking, kid's playground in the backyard of the parking space, swimming pool and gym). On the ground floor of the building you'll find laundromats and laundry room (extra).

The apartment is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. Family mart, 4 outlets of 7/11 stores, mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There are nice two local markets in walking distance where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits 6 times a week. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc. ) nearby.

There is a bus stop in 3 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can get scheduled bus to the town. You also can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which is 25minutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter in the area around, there plenty of car rent shops also.
