Located in Erquy, this single-storey house accommodates up to 4 guests in a peaceful setting just a short walk from Caroual beach.
The bright living area features a lounge with sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player, library and dining area for relaxing evenings after the beach.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
The property offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed 140x190.
The shower room includes a shower and a separate laundry area completes the accommodation.
Separate toilets are also available. Outside, the fully enclosed and sunny garden is ideal for enjoying outdoor living.
Guests can enjoy the furnished terrace with outdoor lounge, dining table, charcoal barbecue and sun loungers. Leisure equipment is also available: - 2 adult bicycles - 2 bodyboards - board games - beach games for children Caroual beach can be reached on foot within moments, making it easy to enjoy Erquy’s coastline and seaside atmosphere. - Private parking - Included services : bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) - Wi-Fi access - End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules) For arrivals after 6 PM or outside agency opening hours, secure key boxes are available outside the agency for independent check-in.

The house is comfortable and quite well equipped surrounded by a relatively big garden. In autumn is was very quiet but could be noisier in summer when people drive off the nearby beach car park.
