Nice studio of 23 m² facing West, located on the 3rd floor of a residence, in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The carefully decorated living room has a television, a sofa bed for two people as well as a dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, microwave, TOP refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster.
You will find in the entrance a sleeping area with a bed for one person (90x190).

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.

Appartement bien entretenu et agréable. Il manque un local à skis en sous-sol. Immeuble bruyant en montant avec les skis. Problème de parking pour charger et décharger la voiture (la police municipale dresse des pv)
