The flat, located on the ground floor, is characterised by elegant and design furniture with attention to detail. The open plan living area is furnished with sofa, coffee table, TV, fireplace, small dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, one with a four-poster double bed, armchair, chest of drawers and a view of the garden, the other with a double bed, chest of drawers, sofa, TV and access to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a characteristic village street.


The highlight of the accommodation is the internal garden equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air.

Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and it is possible to visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
