Naxos Bay Flat with Terrace 50 meters from the Sea

Cozy apartment of about 45 sqm, for 4 people, on the ground floor of a three-story building (a few steps to access). The property, just 50 meters from the sea, is located in Schisò, a hamlet of Giardini Naxos, a seaside area full of points of interest, such as the Castle, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike.

The accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, oven and kitchenware), double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the terrace;

- TERRACE (one step to access) with dining table, outdoor sink, chairs and awnings;

- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (split in the bedroom), ceiling fan in the living room, washing machine (in the kitchenette), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.


The apartment is located in the Top Sea complex, but has a private entrance.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.).

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

In the surroundings of the accommodation it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and parapharmacies.

Taormina is only a few kms from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay.

- SPIZZICANNU restaurant-pizzeria: 6 minutes on foot.


- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport).


- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, about 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses that lead to Taormina in about 10 minutes.
