Our apartment is ideal for those who do not want to experience the confusion of the center or the heat of the beach front areas: it is in fact inserted in a green and cool place, that you can reach from Marciana Marina in few minutes by car.

The location allows in a few minutes drive to reach above Marciana Marina, also the little towns Marciana or Poggio.

If you want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. Apartment 2/4 pax: available for our guests a nice three-room apartment on the ground floor, with independent entrance, located in a small building where the very kind owners also live.

The apartment consists of a small living area with TV, a complete kitchenette (with four gas burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer), a double bedroom with TV; a small bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.

The furniture is simple but new and modern.

Outside, a small area with table, chairs and a washing machine.

Uncovered parking space inside the property. Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30.

Departures: check-out by 9.00.

Utilities: water, gas, electricity included.

Final cleaning: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival).

Linen: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival).

Pets: not allowed.

Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposita t arrival).

Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
