Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen (change of bed linen every 7 nights, for
stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING: 80€/Trilo 4, 90€/Trilo 5/6. Kitchen area Cleaning and waste disposal by the customer or extra charge of 50€.
TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, compulsory for the municipality of San Teodoro. The amount varies according to the period.
DEPOSIT: €200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the flat. In the event of departure outside reception opening hours
the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (at the customer's expense).
PETS (TO BE NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING): allowed (max 25 kg) outside the communal areas, €30.00 extra cleaning charge per pet.
