It has a parking space on the street and access to the apartment is via approximately 65 stairs.
It features 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, and mini oven), and a living-dining room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace with mountain views and a barbecue.
Canyelles beach, located less than 1 km away, is accessible (stairs).
Reservations from young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Pets upon request for €35/week/pet.
The security deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer.
Conditions for groups - For group reservations, a deposit of €75 per person in cash must be paid to the agency, which will be returned one week after departure via bank transfer.
Celebrations and making noise after 9:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with any of these conditions, the guest must leave the property without any right to a refund.

Il manque un volet roulant ou un store pour cette grand baie vitrée pour les personnes qui dorment au salon , le soleil tape de 7h le matin à midi et éventuellement une clim

Pas propre, pas de volet dans la pièce de vie ou se situe le deuxième lit ( loc prévue pour 4 !!) Peu d ustensiles de cuisine, galère pour les poubelles, communication difficile avec la centrale de réservation,

Хорошее расположение для тех кто приезжает на машине,тихое спокойное место,без соседей.Наличие собстсвенной бесплатной парковки.В аппартаментах хорошо оборудована кухня,со всей необходимой посудой.
В некоторых местах скопилось много пыли,особенно под диваном в гостинной,которую похоже давно не убирали.Отсутствие Wi Fi.
