Cozy apartment with a terrace and spectacular sea view in the Gulf of Marinella, a short distance from Porto Rotondo.
The apartment, located a 5-minute drive from Marinella beach, features a high ceiling with exposed beams.
The living area includes a bright living room furnished with sofas, a coffee table, TV, and dining table, and a fully equipped separate kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all with wardrobes: one with two single beds and two with double beds.
One of the double bedrooms also boasts a desk and a large window with a sea view. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. The highlight of the accommodation is the large, split-level terrace furnished with a relaxation area and a dining area, offering guests a splendid view of the Gulf of Marinella. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
You will find all information related to your booking within the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. The jewel in the crown of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most fashionable places in Sardinia and all of Italy.
It is a holiday destination for celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area stretching from the Gulf of Cugnana to the Gulf of Marinella.
The focal point is the fully equipped tourist harbor with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of fundamental importance to this location inspired by Venice, with its houses with flowery terraces overlooking the charming alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco. Porto Rotondo is a place suitable for everyone to explore on foot, by bike, or by boat, enjoying local specialties in excellent restaurants, savoring an aperitif with a sunset view over the port, dancing in elegant nightclubs, or shopping in exclusive boutiques, jewelry stores, or artisan shops along the characteristic narrow streets. Surrounded by beaches with crystal-clear waters and wind-sculpted rocks, it is also an excellent base for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda.
Nearby must-sees include Capriccioli beach, Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Prince's Beach, and Rena Bianca. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.

Stunning view! Comfortable home. Very responsive communication. Much appreciated the early check in. Finding the place requires a little map study as the home isn’t at the location of the address listed on agency. Instead, the host sent a latitude/longitude point showing the precise location of the home. Would definitely stay there again!

Hi,Place was great, location really good. The only thing that was disappointing as it would have been nice to have a little welcome pack. Are flight was cancelled and we arrived at 11.30 pm so if we had some milk or little fruit it would have been nice tbh

The unit had amazing views overlooking the gulf of Marinella. It was very easy to access all of the beaches and restaurants on the Costa Smeralda, and our unit was very well-appointed. My family and I had a wonderful stay here and hope to return!
