The flat, located a 5-minute drive from Marinella beach, features a high ceiling with exposed beams. The living area comprises a bright living room furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all with wardrobes, one with two single beds and two with double beds. One of the two double bedrooms also boasts a desk and a large window with sea view.

The highlight of the accommodation is the large terrace on two levels furnished with a relaxation and dining area, from which guests can enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Marinella.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most glamorous places in Sardinia and the whole of Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
