You will find the charming Villa Nico within walking distance of the centre of the popular area of Matagorda in Puerto del Carmen. The variety of facilities such as restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and a beautiful sandy beach make it perfect for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy their own pool. The villa is tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities (wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, hairdryer). The interior is spacious and bright, where you can sit and enjoy the satellite TV and DVD player. There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sun-drenched terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the Lanzarote sun all year round, where you can relax, read or take a siesta. The outdoor barbecue is designed to enjoy lunch or dinner outside with your loved ones during the warm evenings. The villa does not have private parking, however, it is in a very well communicated area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, rent a bicycle or scooter, take the bus, taxi or hire a car if you wish.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.
