Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming flat in Concarneau, which will be completely refurbished in 2023, less than 300 metres from the Sables Blancs beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool and at the foot of the Thalasso.
The 41 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor (with lift). It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area for 4 people - A small kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, 3-in-1 coffee machine (Dolce Gusto/Senseo/Nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, hob.... - An alcove in the entrance hall with bunk beds (sleeps 2, 90x200) - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV. Bed linen and towels included. - A bathroom with bath - Separate WC - A 5 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. Communal areas: - An outdoor swimming pool measuring approximately 20x10 m, heated, open from 1 June to 20 September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised.
Dates non-contractual, subject to opening conditions of the residence. - The flat is located in the heart of the Concarneau Thalasso (4-star marine spa resort), with access at an additional cost: https://www.thalasso-resort-concarneau.com/ If you feel like it, sauna, jacuzzi and hammam are available in the Thalasso (services not included in the rental price, to be arranged directly on site). Breakfast available (services not included, to be arranged directly with the Thalasso hotel). - Laundry room on the same floor with washing machine and tumble dryer (fee payable). The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away.
The flat is also ideally located close to the Ville-Close, the town centre and all its amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, shops, etc.). You can quickly get to the beach and its creeks, or take the country paths along the "voie verte", which starts just a stone's throw from the flat. Nearby: - Concarneau Thalasso in the residence itself - Sables Blancs beach opposite, less than 500 m away - Ville-Close, 750 m away (10-minute walk). - Plage des Dames and Plage de Cornouailles 1 km away (14 minutes on foot). - La Forêt Fouesnant is 7.4 km away (12 minutes by car). - Quimper is 26 km away (24 minutes by car). 🙂 Logement trés bien équipé. La personne qui s occupe de la conciergerie a été trés réactive suite à un probléme. Proximité logement de la plage.la piscine est un plus.
