Cosy flat with terrace and sea view in the Gulf of Marinella, not far from Porto Rotondo.


The flat, located 5 minutes by car from the beach of Marinella, has two floors. The first floor houses the open plan living area, furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, guests will find three more rooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, one with two single beds, armchair and wardrobe, and the other with a double bed, wardrobe and relaxation area with armchair and coffee table. The latter room also boasts a small balcony with a splendid sea view. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.


The highlight of the accommodation is the furnished terrace with relaxation and dining area, from which guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Marinella.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most glamorous places in Sardinia and the whole of Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
