Environment description
Biking and hiking tours can be started directly from the house. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a playground, an indoor swimming pool, a mini golf course, the spa park, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, supermarkets and other shopping facilities. By bike it is ten minutes to the Chiemsee beach.

About the host
Families with children are welcome to stay with us.We as hosts have two children ourselves and live above them on the first and second floor of the house.

terms/extras
In the basement is a washing machine that can be used free of charge.Info Kurbeitrag:The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The valid legal value added tax is included in the spa fee.

Arrival Description
Car: Coming from the A8 Munich - Salzburg, take the exit Bernau (106). Leave the traffic circle at the third exit. After one kilometer from B305 turn left into Ludwig-Thoma-Straße .Train: By prior arrangement we will be happy to pick you up from the centrally located train station.

Description of the accommodation
The light-filled, spacious accommodation is located on the first floor of the house. A south-facing terrace offers a magnificent mountain view.In addition, the vacation apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, a living room with dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a master and children's bedroom. WLAN is of course included.
