On the ground floor of a luxury residence located close to the beach, the sailing school and the port of MEZE, beautiful comfortable apartment, very sunny and fully air-conditioned.
It has a beautiful living room with an equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer), a living room with a 140 cm convertible sofa + TV and a dining area.
All giving access to a terrace. of 21 m² + garden of 17m². The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed + an adjoining bathroom.
The toilets are separate.
In the basement private garage width 2.40 mx 4.60 m in length.
