On the lower level, you'll find three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Between the two floors, there is a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials.
Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
