Villa Xaloc is a beautiful and spacious villa with a private pool located in the prestigious urbanization of Cala Galdana.
The villa for rent stands out for its size, location, and above all for its comfort, being able to accommodate two families independently.
This rental villa in Menorca is situated in a very quiet, safe, family-friendly area, just 400 meters on foot from the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana.
Villa Xaloc has two floors, which accommodate six double bedrooms, four bathrooms (two of them en-suite), a kitchen, two living rooms, two dining rooms, a barbecue, a private pool, WiFi, and air conditioning.
It also has private parking within the property for four vehicles.
Exterior access to the house is from the main entrance via a path leading to the barbecue area.
A few meters further, you'll find the large fenced pool surrounded by sun loungers, and an outdoor area with a table and chairs.
You enter the villa through a lovely garden area to reach the main door, which opens into the entrance hall.
Inside, you'll find a cozy living-dining room equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, two sofas, and a dining table with chairs.
To the left is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, featuring a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.
Next, there is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Following this are the three double bedrooms on the first level.
The first double bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television, and a built-in wardrobe.
Finally, at the end of the hallway, you'll find the master en-suite bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
This level also boasts a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for guests.
On the upper level, there is a cozy, fully equipped living-dining room, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and three double bedrooms.

La casa estaba compuesta de dos pisos completos, cada uno con su baño, salón, cocina y tres dormitorios. Cocina totalmente equipada, armarios amplios, muchas cuerdas para tender la ropa, dos terrazas cubiertas...Pero lo mejor la piscina, con sus hamacas y su zona chill out.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo. La piscina es una delicia, bañarse por la tarde es una gozada. ¡Los niños la disfrutaron un montón! Es un alojamiento ideal para venir con la familia y amigos, ya que cada planta tiene su privacidad. Sin duda, ¡unas vacaciones fantásticas!
