Villa Xaloc consists of two floors with six double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two of them en suite, a kitchen, two living rooms, two dining rooms, barbecue, private swimming pool, Wifi and air conditioning. There is also private parking inside the property with capacity for four vehicles.



The exterior of the property is accessed from the main entrance through a path where we find the barbecue and just a few metres further on we find the large fenced swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.



You enter the villa through a beautiful garden area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. As you enter, you will find the cosy living-dining room equipped with a digital flat screen satellite TV, two sofas and a table and chairs for the guests. On the left hand side is the fully equipped open plan kitchen. It has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Next, we find the fully equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Next, there are the three double bedrooms on the first level. The first double bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television and a built-in wardrobe. Finally, there is the master bedroom en suite, which is located at the end of the corridor, consists of a double bed, and an en suite bathroom. Furthermore, this level enjoys a large terrace with table and chairs for guests.



On the upper level, we find a cosy and fully equipped living-dining room, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer and the three double bedrooms. The master double bedroom is also en suite. Also, together in the living-dining room we have direct access to the balcony. This is a good place to enjoy those alfresco dinners in the summer evenings.



Villa Xaloc is equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a washing machine and a dryer, two hairdryers, smoke detector, fire extinguisher as well as all the mandatory equipment according to current legislation. Parking spaces are also available. Simply a great family villa close to all the amenities that the resort of Cala Galdana has to offer.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used during the week is provided and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area



The Cala Galdana urbanisation is one of the most famous and prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.



Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc.. It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).



About 10 minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car hire is not essential, although it is always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want easier access to different outstanding corners and all the unspoilt coves.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3. Take the second exit and at the entrance you will find our office, which is usually the meeting point with the host.4. Take the third exit at the roundabout and go to Avinguda de sa Punta nº 17, which is where the villa is located.


From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)
