Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Pont-Aven, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 2 000 m². We are waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi included, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful unfenced garden of about 2,000 m² as well as a terrace of about 70 m², facing west with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the clear view on the Aven and its surroundings.
The house is ideally located in Pont-Aven, in a very pleasant environment, you will have access via a private road (usable by the owner of the house behind only). You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
The town of Pont-Aven is known for its galleries, its gastronomy, and its downtown area inviting to walk. The nearest beaches are 10 km away, the Tahiti beach in Névez is 15 km away. The city of Concarneau is 18 km away. On the beach of Port Manec'h, located 10 km away, there is a nautical center for sailing lovers. And many other activities! Do not hesitate to consult the site of the tourist office of the region of Quimperlé.
Transportation :
- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle, 4×4 and station wagon included) or on the private parking of the house (3 vehicles).
- Nearest train station : Quimperlé (20min by car)
- Nearest airport : Lorient Bretagne Sud (29min by car), Rennes (2h)
Other remarks :
- Free wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

Sehr großzügige Küche mit Essbereich, wie bekamen auf Nachfrage sogleich neue zusätzliche Pfannen und Töpfe. Alle Schlafzimmer und das wintergartenähnliche Wohnzimmer sind mit Außenjalousien ausgestattet
Kleine Einschränkung der ansonsten sehr guten Bewertung: Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Nur das Wohnzimmer ist klimatisiert.
