Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Aups, these two charming houses with common swimming pool which can welcome up to 12 travelers.
They are composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of about 3 000 m².
We are waiting for you! The houses are composed as follows: First house 140m² : On the ground floor : - A living room of 72 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and office space. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... and a dining area. - A laundry room. - Separate toilet.
On the first floor : - Bedroom 1 (master suite): queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. - Bedroom 2: One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 3: One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room. - A shower room. - A separate toilet.
Second house 100 m² air-conditioned: On the first floor : - A conservatory with tropical plants and birds and a sofa bed (single). - A lounge with a sofa. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... a dining area. - A shower room with shower. - A separate toilet.
On the first floor (attic): - A library space on which room 4 opens. - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bedroom 5: three single beds - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet.
For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - Two swimming pools (private, not heated) forming a water area of 300 m², one of the pools is 4×12 in size flowing into the second which has in the middle an island.
There are fences around the pool and alarms.
