The private veranda to the front of the apartment is partially covered and features exceptional sea views over St Ives Bay. It is furnished with a picnic bench as well as a bistro table and chairs. Steps from here lead down to the beautifully landscaped communal gardens that lie to the front of the property, where benches and picnic areas can be found. Beyond the manicured area, the property drops steeply away into wilder nature with a woodland path. Care is therefore advised when using the garden and neighbouring pathway especially for those with small children who should be supervised at all times.


Parking

Free on-street parking available in a quiet cul-de-sac directly outside the property (Wheal Margery), and on the next road adjacent to the property (Treloyhan Park Road), all first come first served

A scenic branch railway line links Carbis Bay and St. Ives with the main London-Penzance line at nearby St. Erth.
