Cosy flat with courtyard just a few minutes from the village of Bellagio.


The flat, located on the ground floor, is characterised by the beautiful courtyard furnished with sofa, armchairs and dining table. The entrance opens onto the dining room with table and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster, juicer and kettle. The living area also includes a living room furnished with a single sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area consists of a modern bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe and a study with a desk adjacent to the bedroom. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are amenities such as free wifi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Bellagio, 'The Pearl of the Lario', a village of just over 3,000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, into which the two branches of the lake divide.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village are undoubtedly its enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and one can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
