Wohnung komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Spülmaschine und Heizung funktionieren nicht. Im oberen Schlafzimmer, das nur über eine steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist, ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Balkonmöbel im ersten Stock defekt. Wir hatten einen Tag keinen Strom, da der Trafo zu alt war....

Hier volgen de zaken waar we tegenaan liepen:
- Bij aankomst troffen we vuile vaat aan. Dat gaf geen positieve eerste indruk. Later hebben we de koppeling gemaakt met de vaatwasser die niet goed functioneerde. In theorie zou deze vaatwasser verschillende programma's moeten kunnen draaien, in praktij...

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Beschreibungen und „Hochglanz“-Fotos auf der belvilla Webseite.
Angeblich wird ja jede Wohnung von belvilla überprüft … 'Die Belvilla-Garantie': Alle Ferienhäuser werden von Belvilla kontrolliert."
Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und ist in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen...
