La ubicación. Esta en pleno puerto y hay un montón de ambiente siempre y de sitios para comer, tomar algo, pasear, etc
El olor. Al entrar en el apartamento todo el rato viene un olor a casa antigua o no se bien a qué… pero no es un olor agradable. Luego se va, o simplemente te acostumbras pero al entrar huele regular
