Super Aussicht von beschattetem Balkon.
Wohnung für 4 Personen optimal.
Küche etwas eng, aber gut ausgestattet.
Zwei Badezimmer in gutem Zustand.
Zufahrt Parkfläche sehr eng, haben an Straße geparkt.

Schöner luftiger Balkon mit Blick in die Pinien. Sehr kleine Küche, gut ausgestattet, aber die Stromversorgung ist schlecht, so dass mehrere Geräte nicht parallel laufen können (Kochen nach Duschen nicht möglich). Sicherung fliegt im Garten raus, nicht in der Wohnung (Wendeltreppe runter bei Dunkelh...
