L'appartamento è spazioso, dispone di posto auto e si può raggiungere il centro e le spiagge a piedi. Il bagno è ampio, mentre lo spazio ad angolo cottura è più piccolo.

La location, la struttura e l'accoglienza sono uniche. Un piccolo aspetto non positivo (non si può dire negativo) è la gestione del parcheggio condominiale: taluni posti sono riservati alla proprietà (del tutto legittimo), mentre gli altri sono a disposizione. Purtroppo, la proprietà si è lamentata ...

La posizione discreta dell'appartamento richiede che sia presente la WI-FI, visto che la ricezione telefonica a Sirolo è scarsa.
