The cottage offers you: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge.
Two bedrooms: 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, then a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Outside: a private garden of 800 m², a wooden terrace of 38 m² facing south and a gravelled courtyard of 200 m² to park vehicles.
The cottage is set in enclosed grounds on which the owners' holiday home is located (no vis-à-vis).

On the countryside side as well as on the coast, there is a lot to see and do! The town offers many hiking and cycling trails (80 km) as well as a remarkable heritage (menhirs, dolmens and the Château de Keravéon with its park).
On the sea side, the town is home to 300 hectares of protected dunes and 6 km of beaches for relaxing or sporting holidays (diving, kite surfing, paddle, sand yachting, etc.).

Gite très agréable et bien agencé, nous avons beaucoup appréciés .les propriétaires sont très gentils l'endroit est calme et reposant. La mer est a 2,5 km on peut y aller a pied si vous aimez la marche . Le gîte est très bien entretenu c'est très propreIl y a plein d endroits a visiter en voiture ,en vélos ou a pied .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte "Le 26" malgrè le temps breton ;-). Tout est conforme au descriptif, propre et spacieux. Le gîte est très bien placé, au calme, pas loin de la plage d'Erdeven et des jolis lieux à visiter.
