Spacious studio located in a residential area of Nyons, a 15-minute walk from the town center.
Located on the upper floor (external staircase), the accommodation features a kitchenette, a small dining area, a sofa bed (1x140), a TV, and a double bed (1x160), separate toilet, and shower room (shower cubicle, sink). Access to a terrace with garden furniture.
At your disposal and shared with the other accommodation: a sauna accessible year-round, upon request (wood-fired), a spa accessible from March to November included, a heated swimming pool, accessible from mid-April to mid-November, depending on the weather (10x2.65m, 1m5 deep, secured by an alarm), a washing machine.
Pool area: garden furniture and a relaxation area with table football.

Vineyards, Provençal local markets, medieval villages… All surrounded by olive trees, lavender, vines, and the view of Mont Ventoux, which is never far away. Le Petit Rouvière is a construction from 2013 consisting of 2 independent buildings (the gîtes and the owner's dwelling). Combining wood, concrete, stone, and olive trees, it offers an ideal recipe to encourage relaxation and fully enjoy your stay.
To complete your stopover, you will find a swimming pool, ideal in case of high temperatures, and just as ideal on a cool day since the pool is heated.

Gite dominante bois avec vue magnifique sur la nature dans un quartier calme ,stationnement à l'abri, accueil de chien et possibilite de balade pas loin.pas très loin des commerces appréciable le couloir eau et jacuzzi et super accueil de la propriétaire .on se ressource au calme

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel ! De magnifiques baies vitrées, avec une vue dégagée et imprenable sur le paysage provençal environnant. Au calme !.. Et une propriétaire très impliquée pour le bien-être de ses hôtes. La piscine et le jacuzzi à la porte de l'appartement. Magnifique séjour pendant l'été 2024 !

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. L’appartement est moderne, bien situé et doté d'une belle vue. En été, la piscine a été un vrai plus. Il y a de nombreux bons restaurants à proximité, de commerces également. Pour les runners, un parcours près de la digue permet de belles sorties. Je conseille vivement !
