Stay in the Residence Le Château de CransAt the Hameau de Flaine, 1800 m above sea level.
This charming residence is a large wooden and Scandinavian style chalet with a set of 11 comfortable and fully equipped apartments. Located in a quiet and authentic area of Flaine, you will be perched on the heights of the resort and then enjoy incredible views of the beautiful alpine mountains. On the ski side, you will be located about 500m from ESF gatherings and Club Piou Piou (near the Residence "Les Terrasses d'Hélios"). From the Hameau roundabout you can use the "Opal" track to access the Gérats chairlift (depending on the snow).
To reach the other tracks and return to the Hameau you benefit from a free shuttle service; they travel all day, every 15 minutes. A 2-minute walk from your residence is the General Store with Flaine Reservation, a ski hire shop, a restaurant and a corner shop with basic necessities; for more important purchases you can go to the Spar supermarket, located in the "Les Terrasses d'Hélios" residence. To reach the resort's activity centres, you can use the free shuttles- Skibuses (in the day) and the Hameau shuttle (from 18:30 to 23:45) which drop you, in just a few minutes, in Flaine Forest from where you reach Flaine Forum where most of the bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated. Thus, between the shuttles and the two lifts (functioning 24 hours a day) connecting the Forest and Forum districts, mobility in the station is very easy.
