ABSTRACT:PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
The apartment is in a Sevillian house, very quiet and bright.
Its location in a quiet area of the monumental area of the city, make this apartment an ideal place to visit the city and also to rest. ACCOMMODATION:Our apartment is two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.
It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave with grill.
In the kitchen there is space for a table to eat. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and television, where you can rest quietly.
The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet. SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:It is a Sevillian house that is organized around a patio where there is a fountain, with a distribution gallery.
It has an elevator that connects with the first floor, which is where the apartment is located.
On the roof there are clotheslines where you can hang your clothes.The parking we have available for our guests is in the building in front of our apartment (5 meters away). It is a parking lot in a private building, so it is safe and comfortable.
We recomend normal size cars, even better small cars.
Vans and 4x4 cars are nor suitable for the parking. ATTENTION TO GUESTSWe will receive you upon your arrival and we will explain the operation of the apartment, we will provide you with two complete sets of keys, we will help you park your car and we will tell you many of the secrets of our wonderful city of Seville.As important information about the car park, inform them that it is located in one of the typical streets of Muslim Andalusian Seville.
These types of streets are narrow and difficult to move around for those who are not used to these types of streets.
We recommend that if you come by car, you bring a small car. Upon arrival we will give you tips to make parking as easy as possible. The arrival time is between 15:00 and 21:00. For arrivals before 3:00 pm we cannot ensure that the apartment is free and ready.
We ask you to consult us. We will try to do our best to facilitate your arrival before 15.00. It is also possible to arrive after 9pm, although for arrivals after 9pm there is a late check in fee of € 20.00 that will be paid in cash upon arrival.We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic.
That is why we are going to ask you for 2 favors.1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible.
We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have any questions about how to get something, any advice about the city, etc. we ask you to let us know.

Parties and noise at rest hours (23:00 to 9:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00) are totally prohibited3. Before leaving, use the dishwasher to clean all kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
We have left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.4. Deposit the garbage you have generated in the containers on the street before leaving on the day of Departure.
We will inform you where the closest container is located.5. Make a rational use of the Air Conditioning.
Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city.
Not only will we help the environment, but equipment will work better when you really need it.6. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house.
If you do laundry, please store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and in accordance with decree 28/2016 of February 2, regarding housing for tourist purposes, we have to sign a lease agreement that includes the conditions of your stay (price, hours of check-in and check-out, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this announcement.
Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and the guests according to tourist regulations.If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only have to indicate the tax information to which we must issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you during the reception at the apartment.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, se puede ir a la mayoría de los sitios andando; en cuanto al interior del piso, cuenta con todas las comodidades, se encuentra muy limpio y bien equipado.Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento para pasar unos días por Sevilla, además Nacho y su equipo están pendientes de todo.

L’accueil de Nacho était vraiment top, il nous a donné plein de conseils pour visiter la ville et il a pu nous dépanner quand nous en avons eu besoin. L'appartement est en plein cœur du centre historique, à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, parfait pour visiter. Il est très spacieux et fonctionnel. Le garage est vraiment un plus pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. Un très bon souvenir.
