This charming apartment is set over 2 floors and sleeps up to 7 people in a fantastic location in London, with South Kensington Museums, Hyde Park and Westminster on its doorstep.

GROUND FLOOR
LIVING ROOM
Entering this property up a short flight of steps, you will find a spacious living room on your left. With lots of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, this lovely room boasts fresh white interiors and cream colour furnishings. There is a relaxing seating area in the centre of the room, with 1 large sofa and 1 smaller futon sofa, and a coffee table crammed with books. There is also a large TV above a beautiful period style feature fireplace. The futon sofa folds out into a small double bed to sleep 1 additional guest.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is located up a few steps from the living room level and features modern grey cabinets with sleek white counters. There is a double fridge, a freezer, an oven, an induction hob, and a table for 4-6 people nicely set by the bay window, with a large TV screen opposite.
WC
Up 4 stairs from the living room level is a WC with chic geometric print walls, a single wash basin, and a large mirror.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM
Located on the lower ground floor, this bedroom is fitted with a super king sized bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, a dressing table and a TV. This room has access to a small outdoor area fitted with Astro turf. A splash of colour is added by turquoise painted walls.
ENSUITE BATHROOM
Just off the master bedroom is a sleek modern shower room, with fresh white interiors and silver fittings. There is a walk-in shower, a single wash basin with an illuminated mirror above, a heated towel rail, and a WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
This cosy bedroom is located next to the master bedroom and features 1 single trundle bed. This room is perfect for families travelling with children, as it’s fitted with plenty of toys and children’s books. The trundle bed has another pull out bed underneath to sleep an additional guest if required. There is a desk and chair beneath shelves strung with fairy lights, and a chest of drawers by the bed. A bifold door can be pulled across to act as a room divider, separating the second and third bedrooms. Please note, when the divider is pulled across, the second bedroom no longer has window access.
THIRD BEDROOM
Another lovely bedroom, ideally suited to children and separated from the second bedroom by the bifold screen. There is another single trundle bed with an additional pull out bed underneath, sleeping up to 2 guests. Another desk and chair, and a chest of drawers are included. The bed is next to the window, overlooking the little outdoor space beyond.
SECOND BATHROOM
Another sleek, brightly lit shower room, featuring a walk-in waterfall shower, a single wash basin with a round illuminated mirror above, a heated towel rail, and a WC.

The second and third bedrooms are separated by a bifold door that can be pulled across as a room divider. Please be aware that when the divider is across, the second bedroom has no window access. There is an additional pull-out bed beneath the trundle beds in both the second and third bedrooms, sleeping an extra 2 guests if required. There's a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 1 extra guest. Please note that next door are having their kitchen redone, so there may be a few instances of noise during the day heard in the property.
