4-bedroom chalet with capacity for 7 people, with a private plot.
Located in Cala Blanca, a private villa development on Penya Ventosa street, just 400 meters from the sea and only 1 KM from Las Fuentes beach, as well as the Serra Irta Natural Park.
The chalet, which has a garden, garage, and parking for 2 cars, and 3 terraces, is divided into 3 levels.
On the lower floor, at the rear of the house, there is a pleasant and cool outdoor area with a garden, a terrace with a dining table, and a parasol for hotter hours.
An ideal space to relax and enjoy complete privacy. At the front, there is a second, very large terrace. Continuing to the living-dining room, which is very spacious and bright, with a double-height ceiling.
It has two sofas, a dining area, a small corner with 2 armchairs for reading or having a drink, and a television. The separate vitroceramic kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. On this lower floor, there is one of the bedrooms, with a sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult.

The second bedroom has a double bed and direct access to another large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds and also direct access to the terrace. We arrive at the top floor, where the solarium is located. Guests of the house have access to the communal pool of Cala Blanca, which is only 30 meters from the house.

El alojamiento está bien de precio, en buena zona y la piscina es compartida pero es bastante grande y se estaba muy bien
Faltó un poco de limpieza en algunas de las sabanas que teníamos pero pedimos otras y nos las cambiaron rápidamente.
Muy buena casa aunque estuvimos 7 días sin lavavajillas.
